Most orders are shipped via USPS and take 2-5 business days to arrive to their final destination. This 2-5 day window is in addition to the average 4 week turnaround time for most custom art pieces, and 3-5 days for print orders.
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs. Emily Quigley Ink is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping, and I do my best to protect all contents of your packages from any possible damage during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please send a photo via email within 3 days of receiving your package so that we may address the issue.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Emily Quigley Ink is not liable for any delays in shipments, nor required to refund orders that have become lost or misplaced in transit. If an item is not delivered by the carrier, Emily Quigley Ink must be notified within 14 days of the originally scheduled delivery date. Decisions regarding whether or not to replace a lost item are made at the sole discretion of Emily Quigley.
Due to the customized nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
