*Holiday 2022 Shipping Updates*

Yet again, we're in for another year of shipping nightmares this holiday season. Between staff shortages and increased parcel volumes, the chances that something will take longer in transit are fairly high. I wish that I had a magic way of guaranteeing that everything would arrive perfectly on-time, but since I'm a mere mortal, my best suggestion is to shop early
The cutoff date for guaranteed Christmas delivery within the continental United States is Wednesday, December 7th. Please take this guarantee with a grain of salt (or if you'd prefer some holiday sweetness, sugar?) -- I am a small business owner doing my best to send holiday cheer to you. All orders will be processed within 2 business days of order placement. While I think that 18 calendar days should be an adequate amount of time for USPS/UPS/FedEx to get your items to you, they might have another idea.
You are more than welcome to place an order after December 7th and take a gamble on shipping times, but please keep the national shipping crisis in mind when doing so.

Most orders are shipped via USPS. We do our best to keep our order processing time under 2 business days for all in-stock items. 
Please note that once a package has left our studio, it is entirely out of our hands. The only information that we have access to is the same information that you have access to via the tracking link attached to your order. If you need your items delivered on an expedited schedule, please select an upgraded shipping speed during the checkout process.
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs. Emily Quigley Ink is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. I do my best to protect all contents of your packages from any possible damage during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please send a photo via email within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we may address the issue.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Emily Quigley Ink is not liable for any delays in shipments, nor required to refund orders that have become lost or misplaced in transit.
If an item is not delivered by the carrier, Emily Quigley Ink must be notified within 14 days of the originally scheduled delivery date. Decisions regarding whether or not to replace a lost item are made at the sole discretion of Emily Quigley.


All orders will be shipped to the address specified by the customer during the checkout process. Please ensure that the address is entered correctly. Once an order has shipped, it is not possible to adjust the destination address. The customer accepts full responsibility for entering the correct shipping address. 


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
I do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you’re not happy, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item at orders@emilyquigleyink.com so any issues may be addressed.
